If you were to go to the corner store this week you might have noticed a new game on Proline that will most definitely grew in popularity very fast. Essentially its an extension of the very popular Pools game that Proline offers for NFL but now for MLB Baseball. Its great to see Proline coming out with some innovative games like this. Despite not offering great odds, not all sports and no individual game betting, this is a great offering for baseball bettors.
The Proline MLB pools work like this. To enter the pool you have to play a five dollar ticket with ten selections. All customers money is put towards the pool and is distributed to the number of clients who go 10 for 10 or closest to it. But there is a twist, customers are allowed to box games on the ticket for a price. You can box up to four games, which means you can pick the four games on your ticket that you feel you could lose and pay to box those games. So if you took the Blue Jays as one of your selections and they lose, your ticket is still alive because you boxed that selection. Boxing games do require that you pay for it. For instance if you box three games on your ticket, your ticket cost will go up from $5 to $40. To box the maximum four games, your ticket will cost $80. But your chances are so much great to win a share of the pool, and realistically you just need to go 6 for 10. Pools generally have been paying out around $5K for winners but that is expected to grow as this pool gains popularity. Learn More about Proline Pools
